Review - Come a Little Bit Closer (Sullivans, #7) by Bella Andre

Synopsis:

Fame, fortune, and falling in love…

Movie star Smith Sullivan can't afford any distractions. He's staking his entire reputation on his new film…but he can't stop thinking about Valentina Landon and the fire he sees smoldering just beneath the surface of her cool exterior.

Valentina isn't averse to sensual pleasure, or even to the idea of finding true love, but as a Hollywood business manager she's watched too many smart women fall for actors…only to be torn apart when the fairy tale comes to its inevitable end.

But when intense weeks together on set turn their heated attraction into red-hot flames of passion, Smith knows he has to find a way to convince Valentina to let him get a little bit closer. Close enough to completely steal her heart…the way she's stolen his from the beginning.

My Review - 4 Stars:

Another great installment in the Sullivan series. This time we get to see Smith, the movie star, fight for love. I just loved Smith and Valentina, and I loved watching Smith chip away at all the barriers Valentina has built around her heart. Smith was totally sweet and he may just be my most favorite Sullivan (of course I say this with every book I read in this series!).

Once again the Sullivan family has guest appearances, and I really loved the words of wisdom that Mary Sullivan gives her son….
“But sometimes, it’s harder to admit to ourselves we want love in our lives than it is to keep living without it.”
“And if it turns out that she’s the one, no matter what, remember what you’re fighting for, even if it feels like you’re the only one fighting sometimes.”

Can’t wait to read the next installment in the series and see how the last Sullivan finds love!
